In the week past, Earth has been purging, rumbling...we need to hold her hand.

In your meditation hold the earth lovingly in your arms and rock her. Showing understanding and support through intention is a powerful way to help in the change. Think of yourself as a midwife at a birthing bed. Gaia is the one giving birth. We unite in the sisterhood and hold firm to our resolve to flow joy, even in the midst of the chaos. Hugs, Sr.K

September Full Moon

Full Moon coming up in a few days, so this is a gentle reminder to do some Earth Healing.

Near where I live, there is alot of road works going on. I was driving by today and my soul sunk, to see trees that are hundreds of years old being torn from Earth by the branches, roots ripping out of the ground.. massive amounts of rock being blasted, Mother Earth being attacked by man. I truly felt sick and the energy around the area is very angry and unsettled. I am sure it is happening in millions of other places around the globe.

Which is where we come in... this Full Moon ritual.. either visit a place that you know needs some Love and Healing, place the disc on the ground or visualize a place..while you hold the disc...if you don't have a disc, lay your hands on Earth or use a crystal ... even lighting a candle with the intent..
